Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a factory. We specialize in micro DC motors and DC gear motors and have done so for more than 14 years.
What are the payment terms for new customers?
We can initiate an Online Assurance Order for new customers, allowing convenient online payments via Master Card, Visa, and more. Payments via PayPal or TT transfer are also accepted.
I cannot find a suitable motor model on your website. Can you customize it?
Yes, we can customize a motor specification to meet your exact technical parameters and requirements.
Do your motors have official safety and quality certificates?
Yes, our motors carry certificates such as CE, FCC, ISO, etc. Should you require other specific certifications, we are fully prepared to apply for them on your behalf.
How is your internal quality control handled?
We have dedicated quality assurance specialists assigned to every production line process. Finished motors undergo thorough testing using advanced testing machinery, including Hardness Testers, 2.5D Image Testers, Salt Spray Chambers, Life Testers, Temperature Test Machines, and Noise Testers.
What is the standard lead time for product samples?
Standard samples are typically produced within 2 weeks. For customized sample requests, production will be completed within 3 weeks.
